In the current market we are in (inflation, rates, housing market uncertainty, etc.) what are your thoughts on buying vs renting your primary residence?  

We are using the equity we built into the property to fund our other projects.

Since we are two people, we can manage the negative cash flow together.

We are looking at a rundown MHP in the area to potentially flip into a tiny home community and looking for boots on the ground support to do a preliminary walk through of the property and surrounding area for us.

I am looking to get connected with real estate groups and attend some networking events.
