A good reason to check out all soft spots on walls.Early on, we passed up a deal on a house because one of the kitchen walls had a "squishy spot" where a wall repair had been made and covered up with paint.

On the other, if I keep my house off market and then something doesn't work for them and they pass I am SOL and have to start all over.They have already filled out an application (which looks GREAT and I am confident they would be great tenants).
