GRMs of 15 only make sense if you are a) owner-occupying one unit and/or b) absolutely convinced that the property will continue to appreciate.I am not hugely surprised that Utah RE is still doing well as Utah is one of the top states for job growth.

Even if you do not live in Baltimore, it is certainly within driving distance.

If you are local though, you can drive to your county clerks office.

But driving around inside looks like trouble.

It kinda gave me more inspiration to drive myself to the edge and pursue my goals.
