There can still be deals in Utah if you are constantly looking for them and are patient.

Senior doc may do the most complicated parts of the heart surgery, while jr. doc may open up the patient and stitch them up....relatives might be trained to change dressings, etc...Trying to get bypass surgery down to $2000/ all in.   

I have seen some stuff come up that are partially done, looks like investors got in too deep and are trying to bail. be patient and keep looking.
