No matter how quickly you provide them your salary and Bank statements, or other required documents, you will still be waiting weeks and weeks to recieve an update And then when they take their sweet time and you've been stuck in hard money they will not take responsibility for the delays and remove the penalties!!

I have seen people try to outsmart themselves and try to pull off something complex in a short period of time only to pay 600k in taxes.They contacted me with 1 week left in the 45 day ID period wanting to do multiple properties.

Most others do take their sweet time, it's self paced, open book stuff, that just goes to the commitment some make and others make, but time wise, you'd save months and thousands of dollars learning real estate conventionally and then looking at methods armed with a good BS Meter.

Our investing strategy will focus on single family homes in excellent school districts (thus far, we have 2 SFH in Keller ISD, and 1 in Northwest ISD- Byron Nelson HS), as well as multi family properties that make sense from a cash flow perspective (We've looked at 2 four plexes, and we're currently evaluating an 8 unit apartment complex).Here are some questions we have for the well informed masses at Bigger Pockets:#1 Do [you] recommend that we set up an LLC for all properties, or a series LLC, delineating each property into separate LLC's "underneath" the main LLC?
