There were coaches that would give feedback on the SDAs, but if you wanted any type of real consideration, you had to pay by the hour to have a coaching call, OR you could upgrade, yet again, and then you would get 1 coaching call.THEN, I learned that Michael doesn't actually HELP you raise the funds, nor does he commonly partner with any of these members on deals.

If I rent to a friend or family, they know and accept before we do business that this is my livelihood and I will operate as business as usual, even more like a father coaching their sons team, they will probably hold greater scrutiny.

We do mid-lease, or schedule one if the exterior looks rough on a drive-by.I look for obvious signs of neglect or physical damage as well as leaks, dirty filters, unauthorized pets, smoking, or extra bodies.Nothing is said at the time, except to coach someone, but written notice is provided for things that need to change.

They were all about their Coach bags, new cars (with payments) and zip codes, even if it meant they were renters instead of buyers.At the time, she was driving a Corolla she bought new, but on sale, and it was around 8 years, old, if I recall correctly.

At the same time, you do not need to be dragged into tenant's personal issues because you are just the landlord, not some sort of mediator, life coach, or police.You could send a stern letter to ALL tenants (even the ones saying they're being harassed) reminding them about the right to quiet enjoyment.
