We've used Jasco, but basically the more warning labels the better... forget the wallpaper remover than is "Non-toxic, non-smelly, non-working" and go for the stuff that has giant warning labels like, "Do not taunt, touch, breathe in, or look hard at" Wear goggles.

I would only use Rentometer as an initial filter.

As far as leads, I filter my list before I send letters or postcards to get more quality leads.

Had to do flea treatments for carpets, nasty air filters they didn't replace, the new ones were still in the laundry room.

I filter for “in stock” however a 10 week lead time can be considered in stock which is non sensical to me.
