Close to transit (light rail, highways, buses, walkability), quality of life (crime, sidewalks, parks, schools), restaurants & neighborhoods.

It'll be metallic accent walls and pickled shiplap all over again.We'll have more people wholly ignorant of the nature of DWV plumbing who will insist on moving toilets from one side of the bathroom to another because "the light would be so much better" and so would "the harmonious energy of the room."
