Bedrooms aren't horribly small - both units are split level units, so it looks bigger :)

I'm sure there are forum posts about this topic on Bigger Pockets and probably a podcast about it.

There is a lot of great stuff on the BP site and I always seek to use it as a resource.  

It seems like a bigger commitment than some places, however I would hope that would allow me to learn a thing or two prior.

Hello BP,I am new to BP and have been delving into the vast amount of resources provided by this site.

While there are truly amazing resources available, none of them seem to be really equipped to handle the nuances behind the content without the help and involvement of the community or retailer themselves.This is especially true when dealing with the laws and the rules promulgated by the various state and federal agencies.
