@Erin M.This question had much to do with where one is in life, what they have accomplished already and what they have not.I have my own unique view of this story.I have my Masters DegreeI have owned beautiful homesI have traveled the worldI am paying for my kids to go to UniversityI grew up in Inglewood Ca in the 1980's in the height of gang and drug wars in Los Angeles at that time.  

And while it might look like a pig to you (because you're probably right, the place is probably run down and needs a rehab) to him, it's still the beautiful property that has brought him a solid stream of cash flow for many years.

She came to me and said there was something wrong with the electric ,it was more than what the previous tenant was paying .I asked her if she used the oven , did laundry , blow dry her long hair , and kept the thermostat set to 70 degrees .  

Upon inspection we find section 8 Tennant running hair salon out of living room.

A lot of people have been hurt by those practices, and this community is strong about keeping the ethics high and transparent. 4)Diverse Community Event, Webinars, Discussion & Seminars: while you may disagree with someone’s opinion or strategy or idea, that is the biggest beauty.

So far my three properties are not in the cross hairs, but the other three properties we had are.
