What kind of legal consequences might I have to face?

I am looking for recommendations for a CPA in the Chicagoland area (call me old fashion, I like to meet people face to face) that is familiar with Real Estate Investing for Rentals, especially after the 2017 tax changes.  

the difference is if you fail to pay back the loan, you are the one who will face foreclosure, not your parents.

Fast forward today, the bank is barely responsive and I have not been able to process a draw since then.

Many people can't recognize a good deal if it knocks on the door and slaps them in the face.

We stopped collecting late fee and reduced the rent as we were all facing difficult times and agreed in writing once the states opens up we would return to regular rent payment as stipulated on the lease.I required some documents from him to confirm he was out of work and his document showed he's been out of work since November.We've not received any rent since March, i reached out to him and he complained he was holding back rent because there are things in the property that needs to be fixed threatening to call an inspection officer to the house.

She was going through a nasty divorce and facing foreclosure due to her soon-to-be ex-husband pocketing the rent money instead of paying the mortgage.

Being young and barely going to the doctor i have accumulated a few thousand in an HSA that i use every once in a while to buy new prescription glasses or contacts.

I hope this doesn’t sound too harsh, but this current pandemic is laying bare the fact that if you do not have ample cash reserves, you’re finished, because you are over-extended and have a good bit of hiney showing.You should not only be able to muster 20% down, but have $30K in dry powder.
