Once again, if this isn't clear people will be all over the map and the lack of focus could mean lost opportunities.Expect, demand, do not compromise on excellence, hard work, integrity, and loyalty.Be the boss - When you hire A-type people they will be used to leading and taking over but you always make sure that you give them power but let them know the final authority rest with you and you are the boss.Building a team is easy, building a great team is really hard.

I've seen REO's listed for $30k more than a ready to move in house down the street,,either the agent was crazy or the bank calculated value by what was owed on it.The bank has to realize the loss on its books when the sale occurs, until then they still have an asset, and they are putting down what they think its worth,,,if they aren't ready to realize the loss, they may keep a higher value, then reduce it over time to keep from taking too much of a loss at one time (another reason they sit on inventory so long, they don't want to sell too many at once)andy

A private investigator or skip tracer might help but actually I'm not sure throwing more money out to find him would payoff as the authorities will be looking for him popping up.If it were me, I'd post the guy's name and company name stating the facts, it would certainly give notice to others and he's in no position to do anything if you state the true facts.

They have the right to know what the trustees authority and obligations are in relation to the trust.Even if the creator of the trust is smart, or well advised, and has that authorization in a separate document, that authorization will disclose the creator of the trust and honestly that is all that is needed to be off to the races.Trusts were not created in common or current law to guarantee privacy.
