Everyone has a unique rent amount within each building, so I always know who paid based on the amount of the deposit - but the tenants frequently ask the teller to include a memo with their name and/or address.

Buyers and agents are frequently anxious and want sneak peeks, etc, but it's up to me to stand firm and not say a word about what appears on the appraisal report until it's actually signed off, because it's not me that is the person actually signing off on it, so me not noticing anything wrong with it holds zero value.

I should have mentioned I check on the property frequently as it is in my neighborhood.I don't think there are any rules for a "drop-in" -- not entering the property but simply stopping by.

But to answer your question, I have frequented the Fannie Mae foreclosure site, HomePath, and realized there's are only 3 or 4 agents who sell those.
