HagerstownTurn Key Investing -- Billwood Properties

Hi all,

I was just introduced to BP through a friend and my brief stint here has been amazing! Just loads of great information that I lead to believe will help get my foot in the door with REI.

Today I am reaching out the BP community to receive some information about a particular turn key investment company in Hagerstown called Billwood Properties. I have spoken to a few people about their experiences and have heard mixed reviews. Some people really enjoyed their work while others weren't so happy with the results.  I was hoping to reach a wider audience here and see what other information I could gather.

With that in mind, has anyone purchased a turnkey property from them? If so, how has the rehab construction held up over the years? Did any completed work not meet your expectations?

On a slightly separate note, has anyone ever used them as your PM? If so, how was that experience? Were they easily available? Did rent checks come on time? Were you ever given absurdly high estimates for small repairs?

These are just some of the questions that come to my mind based on prior conversations but I would be interested in hearing any and all feedback you could provide. Thanks in advance and I hope to contribute to the BP forums in the future.

Thanks,

Christopher
