Philip you wouldnt happen to have a current US Embassy number for scheduling appointments? 

In Cleveland any tenant with a child facing eviction is now appointed a lawyer at no charge to represent them in eviction court.   

The tenant indicated a repair person missed an appointment, install of a new washer/dryer scratched the sink (I'm still waiting for a picture from the tenant) when installed.

I suggest making an appointment at the local housing authority and have them explain the program to you.  

Pick the real estate firm and make an appointment with the owner and shoot your shot!

It needs to be done by an appointed valuation firm from your bank, they will give you a list of companies to contact.

Where seniors who have lived there for decades are being asked to leave since landlord is charging $10,000 per appointment.
