So now they own these and what they dont know is what happens in these communities and how life goes for those living there its as you described your not sugar coating it but these investors think the tenants should do little to no damage to their homes and will of course pay the rent on time every time and if the rent is not paid on time every time its because they had a poor PM..

I hope you had their parents co-sign and put down a nice size deposit.I love animals and I allow them in my properties if they are spayed, neutered and up to date on vaccines AND the tenant pays a sizable, fully refundable (if no odor/damage) pet deposit.
