You might have to find a small type catch all brokerage that dabbles in residential and small time commercial.These types of firms do residential and a few land sales and occasionally a small gas station or inherited type small building commercial.For the experts that only do one asset class the small deals like this do not make sense as they typically have a lot of (hair) on the deal meaning many issues to work through.

HelloI am looking for a general contractor for a 2nd floor addition on a ranch i just recently purchased for a flip.It would would be about 1000sf master bed/bath, 2 beds, 1 bath and a laundry room.I would also want to remodel extiour..I do not have any plans.I am in the north suburbs park ridge.Thanks jeff

But as long as the mortgage and other expenses including vacancy threshold cost is paid in full by the tenants and a few hundred dollars a month cash flow, my spouse and I can seriously pay off our expensive degrees in no time with just our income.
