Accidental landlord here looking for some help. 

I am a very new "accidental landlord" and after a lot of research we just recently used EZlandlordforms.com for our lease agreement and supplementary addendums.  

It is not like an auction where you can accidentally purchase a property only to find yourself owning more than what you bid for. 

There was one person who bid, perhaps accidentally, on a meth house - it's always a good idea to talk to the neighbors.  

There are so many people who are becoming "accidental landlords" around Metro Detroit.
