Thomas Jefferson University and CHOP are the next largest employers both with over 25k people, and all three are currently expanding.I will suggest if you're looking for multis in Philly, expand your search to outside the city as well in Delaware and Montgomery county.

I attended undergrad at University of Florida and lived in multiple off campus rentals in my time there with 4 other buddies of mine.

I wanted to get some input on what everyone’s opinion is on what I should major in and what university I should attend.

I attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where I graduated with a BBA in Management in 2018.

In Columbus, the best place for renting by the room is near University Campus, I would assume it's the same in Cleveland. 

Unfortunately, turnkey is a marketing word will little universal meaning and not every property listed on an MLS is going to be in the condition I listed above.
