I have an idea...and maybe a CPA or some other knowledgeable tax expert can help on this......so here's my idea:I want to start paying all our regular ongoing bills and utilities with money straight from the LLC rental income....cell phones (we use our phones for mostly work anyway), electric bill, internet, water, etc etc....I'm thinking of making a lease where my business rents the home office space from me and my wife, and the rent is roughly equal to the utility payments, or just have that on the lease..."

We've used them for a couple of "regular" closings and we were happy with them.

Let's just say it sounds really bad; my walkthroughs have always been great the place has been clean and in order, I have no complaints. 

- Taking the worst house on the block and cleaning it up has been very satisfying. 

We also have a second home in another state that we rent out as a short-term rental in a college town that we have to travel to regularly.

Should i do a regular FHA or a FHA203k to get started ?

My family is thinking of paying Sept. rent in order to provide more time to clean out the apt. 

Have an Inspector who you will work with regularly. 

For the wall cleaning, TSP concentrate works well.

The property is just in horrible shape and I want to clean it up and use it for agricultural purposes.
