Am I using the wrong Realtor?

My wife has been a realtor for 3 years and myself 1 year.I want to go into wholesaling for 2 reasons: 1 being so we can have sort of a 1 stop shop as far as dealing with sellers, motivated sellers, investors, and retail buyers.

Are there any experienced/reputable professionals (lawyers/realtors/brokers, etc) on this forum that live in Nicaragua?

:violin: Both were preapproved, I was working with both, found homes they liked, and with one we put in an offer.First client went to the house "next door" to the one she put an offer in on, the Realtor was there speaking to the tenants, and my client asked to see the house.

The Realtor Im working with told me NO a couple of weeks ago, now this guy was explaining how easy it was to flip contracts???

Try to sell it fsbo (for sale by owner) first so you don't have to pay commissions then if that doesn't work enlist in the help of a Realtor.

You are spinning, all you need is a good CPA Realtor Lawyer Not a bunch of slick talking con artists 95 percent of the people who claim to be guru's are real good salesman, bad business people.

I would include the fact that you are NOT a Realtor and that you will not charge them any fees or commissions to sell their house.

I am a licensed realtor in PA who is trying to get more heavily into investment deals (I currently own 2 myself, looking at a third).
