Hey Everybody....Hvaent engaged directly much but i keep up with bigger povkets a lot specially the podcasts...so i am a truck driver an earn 75k a year...i have a two unit in puerto rico wich needs 8k to finish after took damage from the huricane maria....my plan right now is after finishing the puerto rico multi unit.....buy here a triplex or duplex with the phfa helps which i found out a couple days ago they assist with closing and down payment for your first home(house hack)...now is good you know my pr house is paid of i dont owe anything on it....after my first deal here with the phfa...what shoul i do with the pr house???
