New into Real Estate

April Collins
Posted

Im interested in getting into Real Estate.  How would i go about in meeting up with someone or who to follow and see what they do so that i can be successful? Ive been to many meetup groups but i dont know any specific person.  Would this be an investor? I want to shadow someone who has been doing this for awhile and can show me step by step of what to do.  Im looking into wholesale as this would give me some experience in learning about real estate but i also want to see how to do flip/fix or maybe rehabs.

Another question i have is where would i find contract or forms if i have to deal with these?

Is there anyone in Real Estate who is doing this by theirself and what their experience has been and the area of real estate they focused on?
