Hello everyone, I am new to it+ accent and grammar mistakes:)) sorry still learning.I am thinking to buy large office and if possible divide it into little once to use for virtual office rent.

The Seller made a mistake but you said they moved in "without a lease" so you should have stuck to your guns and given them 30 days notice to vacate.2.

One thing I know is I am not going to make the mistake of raising my kids with the "slave/poor dad" mentality - get good grades, get a job, keep head down, don't step on toes, meet deadlines, sit in cubicle.

Sorry if I am negative but I can't sit by and see you suffer mistakes others have already made!

If I did this, I would tell the tenant no more escape tickets and I would NOT hesitate to start eviction as soon as the tenant falls behind again.Key points - I would do this only if the tenant owed me a lot (my mistake for letting it happen), if I could OWN the items (not hold) AND I was prepared to act quickly as soon as they fell behind again (they will).

The biggest take away is that they have all struggled and made mistakes along the way but persevered.

Well, I don't let my tenants do work on my properties so I need to adjust those numbers.If I find the seller is completely lying to me and not making 'honest mistakes' which is often the case with older sellers who aren't so involved in their properties any longer, I tend to walk away because I figure there are other issues that they won't disclose as well.

I'd hate to see anyone make a big mistake with so much money involved.
