Ask them what permits are needed with a description of the scope.I actually found out when doing a renovation and pulling all permits (think roof permit, structural foundation, windows, siding, plumbing for new bath, electrical, kitchen renovation, and 3 bath renovations) that the town expected a separate permit for a door to the garage being moved.

Most of Chicago buildings share a drain stack (the kitchen and bathroom are back to back) and the W/D needs to tie into that. 

For example, pull up the picture of the kitchen cabinets and www.homedepot.com or www.lowes.com and begin searching for similar tile or paint color comparing the two pictures you have up.After you put that up and you know what you want to be new just simply begin laying your scope of work out in categories.

Oh yes I forgot to mention I do have all the receipts and all the names and company names that we used to buy lumber, roof tile kitchen cabinets and all that stuff so I guess I did kind off document all material and labor ") 

Kristine Marie PoeI have bought them as a set (vanity, framed mirror, stone top for vanity, faucet and light) from vendors that sell kitchen cabinets.But I think Loews and HD sell them not as a set but they usually match up a vanity with a mirror in the vanity display aisle from what I recall.
