@Doug FluckigerI would definitely look into the landlord/tenancy laws in your state and potentially reach out to experts depending on what you find.I own and manage a STR here in the Tampa Bay area and am actually finding an untapped market in the MTR space and so I do leases for these 30+ day occupancies.

Plenty of ways to keep that significant tax at bay.

Also, I live in the SF Bay area and would be happy to help out any investors/contracts with any home improvement projects they may have and the weekends.

Consequently in the Bay Area the desirable family areas have high incomes, the schools get more funding and this in term drives the market rate up.

I'm interested but live in the Bay Area so would appreciate some virtual opportunities too.
