Hi I live in Illinois and the governor has shut down public schools, bars and restaurants state wide for the next two weeks.

Got a lead from DM.BACKGROUND ON PROPERTYHome in top school district.

Schools/colleges and many workplaces are closed and no-one wants to step outside, except to buy necessary supplies.

For this situation, how would you navigate finding out information while interviewing tenants like: where are you from, how old are you generally, where did you go to school, what do you like to do for fun, do you have a SO who will be over often, do you cook a lot, etc.?

Intriguing option, but my bank is old school and I'm skeptical they would be on board with this new methodology this late in the game.  

I literally met with the incoming students planning to take over the unit in when the current students graduate this May.

You can use neighborhoodscout.com to determine the neighborhood's crime rate, school ratings, etc.
