Jason Hatfield Attic is finished but not insulated. Solutions?
21 August 2015 | 5 replies
The problem is they drywalled the entire area but stupidly never insulated the ceiling and walls. The drywall is in great shape so I would hate  to rip it out and have to redo it only to put fiberglass insulation in.I could try to take it down but salvage the existing drywall and attempt to reinstall it but even if I could locate and take out all of the screws its probably more effort than it's worth. The other option I have is slow rising spray foam.

The board and bond company will need for you to use all your efforts to the "full extent", if still unresolved, it is time for you to hire one, then the bond company will cover the cost of the next contract, up to a maximum of whatever they bonded the contractor.I would disagree with @Darnell Kramer on red flagging a contractor who needs to pay their crew, a common generalization among investors is they are looking for the biggest bang for their buck, so their typical hires are three guys with truck and tools, hopefully licensed, and mostly don't pay real worker's comp.

And that also insures you against some of those homes that are renting out for 1600 price range. 1750 is a closer to 1600 to 1650 than 1750.Gonna make a tenant think twice before putting in the effort to move.
Alex SImon Discouraged by a Pattern Here

Now, I really don't mean to disparage the efforts that Jay and Brie put into their website, because it honestly looks very well put together and I'm already signed up on it.
