Some older buildings the trees were planted to close to the buildings for the height size and can cause roots in utility lines, sidewalks popping up, animals access to the roof, cracking the foundation, etc.

@Danny Strong find someone who is operating and learn the business from them... with this knowledge you have your foundation for raising... if you are pooling other people's capital you are responsible for vetting the deal and the operator.
