About 2 years ago I bought a property as my primary residence, It has been great but now I am looking to actually move up and tackle some of my REAL goals.

The mortgage will still be under our names.Similar question, we'll be moving into our rental property where we already quitclaim transferred the deed into an LLC (me and my wife).

Obviously this means you are staying in or near your market unless you are willing to move.

I am under the impression that 401K monies has to be moved to an IRA account in order to invest in RE.
