It’s way more stressful to buy in the spring when you have to turn around and list the place on Airbnb immediately as high season rapidly approaches.Also, overall, Florida Is the number one state in the country for STR.

This August will be the first time we would be renting it out cross-country.

Thanks guys for your input.I'm investing with cash flow in mind, appreciation is a secondary target and i don't mind it be as low as 1% to 3%.I'm looking at anywhere in the country, preferably in B areas.

I am not sure if you can get a mortgage being from a foreign country or if you have someone you can take a mortgage together.  

is generally considered the "worst" part of the city; worst being relative in the safest state in the country.

piggybacking off this thread:We own retail strip centers and malls throughout the country (about 6.5M sf), most of our properties have 3rd party management which we oversee and some of the properties we manage ourselves.
