Who has a good system for flipping locally and remotely?
Hey all! I've studied RE a lot and I feel ready to do a career change! The one thing I'm not confident in is my system. I really want to focus on flips, can people please share here their successful system for flipping? I'm very interested in flipping remotely as well, does anybody flip in other states? What software do you like to use and how to put together the team? Any info will be super appreciated 😊! Thanks!

Do you mean fix and fix or wholesale or both? You want to start local and put all your sytems in place before you go out of state. You need to make sure you know the business, markers and costs intimately. The best way to grow and scale is to turn key outsource all work especially out of state.
