I think the idea was that, even if he sold some of them off, he would still own a majority of the lot and could control "HOA" decisions, essentially giving him control of the whole lot.I'm really not sure, but it sure sounded interesting!

I am 50-50% on selling, as I lived there for two years and qualify to save capital tax. but not in super hurry as I can wait couple more years.just a thought,.. regarding what might Trigger a push I can't make this decision for you.

So market share MAY come into your decision but know people don't list with your office, they list with YOU.  

So being a cash buyer and making your own decision if it’s something that is needed is a better option.  

My decision may change if I didnt have those and needed a PM.
