your local realtor will likely have access to all of that data....if you would prefer to find it on your own their are numerous sources like realty trak, first american title has software for investors, zillow has some of that data... if you want list data i have used hoover lists for buying info for my targeted marketing.happy hunting...

There are ways to save taxes with an LLC when you hold real estate, however the best function of an LLC is as a firewall for liability in case someone gets hurt in the property, and to keep that firewall there, you need to upkeep the corporate veil (google that if you do not know).An LLC is great but there are some hidden costs.
