Starting an LLC has different price ranges. I want to create one before purchasing my first Multifamily property. What specifically do i need. For example do i need a business license, Corporate Seal and compliance kit, permits, tax registrations and operation agreements. Plans start from $49 all the way up to $600.

I have done my own incorporating online, you would have to register with the Government and State, then i get a complete kit with the stamp and all for $75 from M. Burr Keim Co. I am in NJ so i don't have a link for you for florida, but look up online where you can file an entity in florida, usually a state site. register your LLC with the state, go to government site and register to get your FEIN # and then order the corporate book, you will have to fill that info in online so it can be put in the book. Hope that helps you.
