How fast?

Fast forward a couple years, and I've bought a SFR in San Diego and am renting out the condo.

@Lorenzo Swinton definitely look at some opportunities to leverage to recycle equity you can amortize this or look at a HELOC depending on how much/how fast you want to grow making interest only payments can help you recycle your cash flow also.

Fast forward, 2 months later of patiently waiting, with zero notice, that tenant did a midnight dash and taped the key on the door.  

It's amazes me how fast technology, culture, and people adapt.

I am just trying to say this REI thing is a rollercoaster ride it goes high and then low, really fast, the trick is to get on the ride and not fall off.  

For lenders, the only important thing is that they can execute and ideally close very fast when they need to. 

Cost certainly increasing fast I've gotten a 3500-4000 and a 4000-6000 for the split and extra manual labor time my energy company possibly required.  

My offer was accepted yesterday, so trying to move as fast as I can!
