I work in 2 very different areas, one being a metropolitan area consisting of 215K people, and a vacation region called the Pocono Mountains which is very seasonal, however it consists of some amazing STR opportunities.

I can't give you a yes/no based just on your numbers: most people make mistakes with their assumptions: rent too high/low, underestimate capex etc.

New to Real Estate and trying to find the best way to create leads and reach people about investment properties.
