That is, if you assume expense are 50% or rent, or use the actual expenses - which ever is higher, and deduct the expenses and debt payment form the rent, do you have cash left over?

All the neighbors will call and many of them will know someone wanting to live in the area.You can always have a sign rider with your cell phone also.When I had them they were 50-60 a month so it sounds like a good deal.If you are an LO then dont believe the crap about giving it to your RE agents so they can be loyal to you.

Last year around January he quit taking my calls and then subsequently had his cell phone shut off. he was never there when I went by and was even told he went out the back door to avoid me.
