There seems to be a lot of development out there and the traffic on the 84 going into Boise each day seems to be getting worst by the month, so it would appear there are a lot of people commuting. 

Its in a good area of the city (lincoln park/lakeview) with decent traffic. 

I understand such failure rates in training, I was an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) in the Army.

In terms of finding properties, it has its positives (most widely-used site) and negatives (harder to find "deals" here because the site is over searched with a lot of traffic).

Pacolet is a small mill town that only has 2 traffic lights.

I have done Venture point before, on the co-workspace side, I got a good monthly deal and it worked out really well when I was using it for my web design work, and I might go with them again, but  haven't seen recent pricing.
