Go volunteer (or better yet get a job) with a developer or property management company.

Or, if you have the time, you can volunteer your time with a local real estate group or business.

I would add volunteering for a local rehabber on a project as a great way to learn.

Network here and try to find some flippers in your area and go volunteer to be a "free" work on some of their projects.

No one gets elected to the 3 to 5 member ARC group, currently there are 4  volunteer homeowners running the group.

He was working for free for two years pretty much just volunteering.

Find a successful rehabber in your area, let him know your skill set and volunteer to do whatever he needs for a few months in return for letting you learn the business.
