Colder weather isn't a huge deterrent but yes, you do NOT want to pour concrete when it's freezing temps >24hrs as concrete then can crack and not form properly (from my understanding and being told from concrete guys).

It's where I physically go to the property, take pictures and do a visual inspection if needed.

(Its ironic that designers love stand alone mirrors to visually expand the space and reflect light, yet its considered dated to have a huge mirror like that in the bathroom).From what I see, the thing today's bathroom mirrors have are frames surrounding the mirror.

None of this should serve as a deterrent to getting your license.Working on your own investments is a terrific goal and you can do that now while you are in process of obtaining your license.
