It seems unusual to me that you pay gardening but they pay everything else.

The fact is, this is an unusual situation and we all have to work together to overcome it.

That seems very unusual to do it that way, I would never rent it.

A stack of cinder blocks with 2x shims is not unusual.

In our experience it is not at all unusual for potential guests to inquire and then we never hear back from them. 

It may be unusual but renters generally understand the peculiar situation.

In this unusual and unprecedented situation where an infectious disease is spreading I would think that extra precautions would be in order-- and it seems you already knew the answer to your question with that additional criteria. 

These are unusual times, so I may be willing to get a little creative, even if it puts me at risk.
