It has been months now that investors have been complaining about the lack of transparency, the failure of their investments, the fact that what is being said on the CM podcasts are completely different than the experience on the ground and it is documented that rather than assisting people that bought based on his recommendation and bought directly from him, he is laying the blame at the feet of others and claiming to be a victim himself.That has been going on for a very long time and now you tell a story of having bought two properties in March with the exact same issues that were being complained about last year.At this point, it is a choice by this company to operate this way. 

We want to be as transparent as possible and consistent in our process.

I try to be transparent from the beginning with my own walk through estimate of the rehab if possible. 

Shane Benner I don’t really want to name names but I will tell you I use two different PMs, in two different markets and what they do better than most others (by the norm I’m guessing) is they communicate well (sometimes I hear back in under an hour) and they have transparency.

Essentially you would not have any real involvement but full transparency can be provided so if someone could offer a guarantee on a secure turnkey rehab solution, would an investor be wise to take up this opportunity. 

What about transparency if you let the seller know you're putting this deal together for them and there is a fee, why would that be a problem?
