Not unlike many Secondary markets in the country, KC has a struggling school system in the middle and the decades strong suburban schools continue to thrive and flourish. 

Stu and his partner @David Gutierrez are both active duty Naval Officers, and their turnkey business is thriving!

I have no doubt it’ll thrive.

The scarcity of housing and the volume of high paying tech jobs (that are able to thrive in the current pandemic) will keep things strong until people no longer need to live locally due to working remotely.

But at the same time, some people love the remoteness in the southern zone, and some of the areas are quite nice and thriving.

Once you decide the EXACT space you'd like to be in go direct, don't be indirect thinking that doing someone's job will help you thrive.

I’d assume that a depression is coming and make sure I can survive and thrive.

So I moved back to LA, paid 3x the rent price, thrived and I never looked back.

There is enough in the world for all of us to thrive!

Living somewhere your kids will thrive growing up is key.
