Sure there are several things that I wish cozy did but doesn't (ie: maintenance requests, syc with bank account are the main ones), but their support is pretty awesome

DIY remodel or bad contractor worked led to removal of necessary support - I find his very often in homes I am rehabbing.

The final straw was the non-stamped drawing that I received today that has no spans length identified for any of the beams and also has several locations where a lateral support is identified as wood on drawing S1 and then identified as steel on the detail drawing S2.

  $200 gets you a ton of education, and 1 year of ongoing support.   I

I'm embarrassed to say but not ashamed I've been on house arrest for the last 9mnths for child supportI have it straightened out now with a clear head on the path I wanna take I just have to wait till the 24th to get rolling. one concern i have is, is weather against me i live in Wisconsin.

it seams like a fairly simple job add some more structural support (hire an engineer to help you figure out the best way to add support), I would recommend replacement of rotten and damaged beams and put the whole house structure on steel beam supports.
