The next tour was much more favorable.My suggestion on CURB APPEAL - keep curb appeal reasonable for greatest success. 

I’ve seen many buyers successfully execute this strategy over the years, turning such properties into valuable investments.

I’ve done one successfully in the past, so I’m not a complete novice regarding the topic, but that one experience doesn’t make me any less worried about the possibility of running out of time.

So the numbers seem to support either.Just looking for some feedback as I continue to brainstorm a path to success.

As we have an accounting firm, note I am a bit biased, but here is what I see folks have the most success do: You should start with an accountant who is very familiar with your investment strategy and grow with them until you cant anymore.

I am looking for some feedback from others on their success/feedback on unique STR properties.

I have personally been the guy who hasn't pulled permits and got caught...by far one of the worst experiences of my investing career.

There are very successful STRs here, you just have to know the best areas to be profitable.
