Hi, I just got a house that has vinyl double pane windows in it and there are several windows that have moisture trapped between the panes.

FYI, the house was purchased while the market was bottoming so if renting to family doesn't work, we are in a good position to rent or sell without strain (at least without financial strain).I appreciate the feedback!!!

Down east, we have lots of building which is much older (I just looked at one from 1850 last week).While these old converted houses have grace and style, unless they have been retrofitted in the past 20 - 30 years they may also have older plumbing and electrical, original single pane windows and no insulation.  

I have many friends who are active and know the strain put on them and their families when duty calls.  

I am looking for someone who can help fix minor issues such as leaks, installation of ceiling fans, or minor electrical projects, replacement of broken single pane windows, etc.

On a recent visit to take measurements for some other repairs I noticed the front door has a window pane (about 6x8" pane) broken.

My wife is a corporate mucky-muck with a Trust Company and not only was me being gone so much a strain on her, but I wanted to be here for my kid’s baseball games, soccer game, volleyball tournaments etc., so I jumped out in 2012.
