No matter how you spin it (i.e. selling/assigning a contract) according to the NE real estate commission you need to be on title to a property in order to make money off of it, otherwise you have to have a license.

But my thoughts is that either way they will try and spin it for their benefit.

These are along the non-profit housing lines and they may be able to obtain economic development funds and/or Section 42 Tax credit funding, again, based on need.While it may be an educational experience for you, my first reaction is that you're spinning your wheels, yes, probably over your head and a tough road for most investors to hoe.

The $5 blinds leave a gap space at the top of the blind and don't seem to close really tightly when you spin them into the max closed position.

You can do "what ifs" all day long and just spin your wheels.

I bailed (spooked me) that one so fast wholesale style it would make your head spin. 

After I learned more about it, most of those concerns went away because you can put your own spin on it to avoid any ethical breaches. 

Sensing our heads spinning our lawyer friend said he’s seen him give seminars to lawyers and most have the same look.Anyway I did come away with a few things that I wanted to run by those more knowledgeable than me.Basically he was saying that sometimes people got behind for one reason or another but now have the money to pay.

Manager managed WY LLC, owning member managed LLC's, which own Land trust for each property...... my head is spinning.  

My head is spinning with so many strategies that I am having the issue of not settling with one strategy which is why I am trying to settle with wholesale.
