If not - I know of a great attorney that has been a speaker at our meetup group and specializes in real estate - his name is Justin Vecchiarelli  and he is with Sutton Hague - he is very sharp and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. 

Contrary to the multiple internet gurus or guest REIA speakers that sing the vestibule of virtues offered by this rudimentary of legal tools, the land trust is simply and nothing more than a title holding vehicle.

For example today, every Wed there is a 10am-12 Deal makers meetup at the Tilly Mill office (the Home Depot parking lot office strip) where a bunch of full timers meet have a speaker and solve each others problems.

They run on average of an hour long, but are chocked full of information and different guest speakers on each one.
