@Jacob Dawson I would highly advise against your internet rate trolling recommendation, unless you want to get spammed by hundreds of call-center LOs.

However, text message marketing requires adhering to specific guidelines and best practices to remain compliant and avoid facing SPAM complaints and/or potential lawsuits.Those who do not comply with the strict SMS guidelines and regulations can not only face angry customers, suspension from messaging platforms, and unwanted legal action.

It used to be my go-to site for advertising, but now it’s so full of scammers and spam from the big apartment complexes that it’s pretty much useless.

Craigslist has become worthless and overrun with spam in most markets.
